So I finally got around to reading Learning to Dance and I could not stop reading it. Like I had to force myself away from my computer to go do work. I can’t believe I put it off for as long as I did. But it was so freakin good. I cannot wait to read more of amagicbeyond’s writing!

I don’t know the first thing about her! I did read in the evening metro paper here that she’s been cast - all I can say is that Amy and Rory have now had several “goodbyes,” none of which have really stuck, so I was wondering when this was going to happen. It will all depend on the storylines they give her!

We did visit the British Museum and the National Gallery where we got to see Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers” in the flesh… I felt very Whovian at the time. ;)

While I was in Israel, Josh moved everything in our apartment around.
Now I cannot find my notes for The Ranger and the Doctor.
I did, however, find several pages of scribbles on that missing Doctor Who series I wanted to write.

Thanks for asking, but I don’t really have plans to.
There are two reasons:
1) I don’t think it’s good enough. I spent three months of my life writing Learning to Dance, with the intention of making it as good as it could possibly be. I then spent a further month editing it when it came time to publish it as an ebook, to make it even better. I am not claiming that LtD is perfect, but I do think as a complete story it is a stronger one than I’ve given you with SPB.
2) Making an ebook (and I mean making it well, properly formatted, edited, etc), is a time-consuming process. You’ll remember it took me a further 2-3 weeks after my original Christmas release date to get the ePub and mobi versions of LtD out - that’s how much I underestimated the time required to make it happen! At the moment, I don’t think I can devote that much time to publishing another work of fanfiction - I am trying to focus more on my original stuff (which I hope to be able to talk about soon!)
